Executives are working hard to provide good quality health care. The plans available to employees are pretty good. Downside is that health care offered is very expensive. Vacation time is very reasonable. Would like to see them offer some type of buy back plan at the end of the year for vacation not used. 401K is mediocre. Company offers plans but the match is not anything to get excited about.
Theyre benefits are really bad compare to other companies
They do give 401k but its very bad compared to other companies. You do get vacation but they never let you take it. The healthcare....dont even get me started...just dont get it, itll take your whole paycheck.
Benefits are twice the price monthly as my husband’s.
Tremendous tuition reimbursement program. Company is committed to each employee having opportunity to pursue advanced education.
Didn't even get health insurance until after 1 year.
Best is flexible time off with more hours earned as you grow within the company. Worst is the healthcare options are expensive and cheapest plans are still not comprehensive.
The benefits of FSNS are many including the 401K, time off and vacation time. The percentage taken out per check is significant and will be appreciated at the time it its required. Excellent!
Not the most competitive benefits, basic healthcare plans, vision, and dental. 401k plans aren't available until after a couple of months of working here.
Standard ACA employer health coverage. High deductible and expensive. Automatically contributes 100% employer paid to retirement fund. Does offer tuition reimbursement if you agree to work for a minimum after completion.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
