Its okay but you cant ever use it cause managers wont let you
They give vacation but never let you take it
Vacation and PTO are in line with most industries across the board. You can bank up to a certain number of hours but you lose hours if you go over that amount. It would be really nice if they offered some type of buy back at the end of the year up to 2 weeks. That is usually a very nice little pre-Christmas bonus when a company does this.
Standard time off given. Company is generally very accommodating for special circumstances and other issues.
If time off is needed it is certainly available. I believe that the CEO, John Bellinger has made employees his first and foremost priority.
PTO is a lump sum--vacation and sick days are taken out of the PTO.
