Much better health care, dental and vision package. plus, they recently included 401k
good coffee, paid time off, summer friday hours
Good vacation and time off, Could do better with the 401K as far as contribution. Health Insurance could improve as well, need a lower copay.
No matching 401K. Hardly any vacation time you will have to accrue time as you work which sucks! The medical insurance is pretty decent.
The lack of a 401K match for a financial services company is pathetic. The health care package offered is expensive and non comprehensive
Fora Financial recently lowered the employee contribution rates. You have the option of a high or low plan for medical as well as a standard plan for dental and vision. Life insurance is at no cost to employees. The company is enrolled with a commuter benefits program. 401K is with John Hancock, but the company currently does not match. With time off, you are entitled to five sick days, two floating holidays, and can accrue up to 10 personal days by the end of the year. Company- sponsored lunch/ socials every month.
Average package medical, dental i was happy to have one as most of the lenders in that space do not offer anything but a low salary and commission
The best thing about the benefits are the 401k options. The worst part are the health benefits.
There was no benefit package available until 2014 and when it became available it was approx. 368.00 twice a month for a family for medical alone.
