Vacation time for those who've been around for more than three years is plentiful; health insurance is a high-deductible plan but the HSA we're given (and funds for that HSA) help a great deal. Gym reimbursement is a nice perk though capped at $400 per year (which in NYC is not a lot). 401k is offered -- with autoenrollment and autoescalation -- but match is capped at 3% and the matching funds take five years to fully vest, which is a bit frustrating.
