The health insurance is high-deductible but the company funds and HSA that covers the deductible.

Generous plan for all staff
Strong health benefits, 401K match, etc. The company also gave everyone off for seven summer Fridays this past summer.
5% 401k match is good but not competitive. Ample PTO between 7 full-day summer fridays, 15-20 vacation days and weeklong winter holiday closure between christmas and new years.
Comprehensive and affordable medical benefits. Time off is tiered with years of experience but ample company holidays including the week off between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
