The benefits package gets better each year, but is not very modern.
Lots of good stuff going on at Force Marketing. Free snacks/drinks. Free or affordable health insurance.
Not the best benefits package
As it was presented to me there is a plan that covers a single employee 100%, there are additional plans that are a small nominal fee.
fully paid benefits- not bad for this day in age.
Full paid benefits are awesome
Employee Health insurance is covered 100% with BCBS Match a decent percentage on your 401k - a little more vacation time would be nice but it's average A work from home policy would be great on occasion **Paid maternity leave - many people within the company are at the age they are going to start having children, and that is something that could keep someone here who might otherwise go to another company that offers that and a really GREAT perk to mention to potential hires
