Standard package. Insurance coverage keeps decreasing. Deductible keeps increasing each year.
Pros- Free insurance plans, insurance from day one, multiple comp days throughout the year, avalibilty to buy vacation days for up to 4 weeks paid vacation. Cons- extremely limited opportunities to work from home and inconsistent work hours.
The health/wellness package at Ford was great. I wasn't a person that was constantly ill, nor did I have a family plan; however, they provided affordable options for all employees. I received 2 weeks of paid vacation time, health spending account, the 401k benefits were solid, on-site nurse, and sick/personal business time was an added bonus. There was also a gym, multi-purpose room, and locker rooms within the building.
They are average, what most major companies offer.
-Programs to fund masters for Ford employees -Ford AZ Plan -Housing for interns -Learning resources for Ford Employees -Access to Rouge gym facility
Great Benefits & Pay. Limited Advancement.
Ford's benefits make up a little for their lack of competitive compensation and terrible work schedule
Used to have awesome benefits but they've decreased over time and the health benefits get more expensive. The company holidays are numerous and that has remained pretty consistent
Great 401k matching. Multiple types of insurance packages to choose from.
Great 401k match plan, fair health insurance costs, work life balance with kids. Pay is below average, but it's steady, easy work.
