Good retirement and healthcare benefits. Good prescription drug plan. Worst thing is all of the paperwork associated with the claims process.
2 weeks paid vacation with the option to buy 2 more weeks. 2 weeks of sick/personal time. You get all holidays off without counting towards your vacation time. Men or woman get paid time off to spend with a newborn or adopted child. They pay for you to move. Get to choose between 2 health insurance plans. One is free with a high deductible, which is nice if you are single and healthy. Dental and Eye plans available. There is 401k options with 90% company match up to 5% of your base salary. There is also up-to four vehicle discounts a year for you or your family members.
Great benefits, 401k matching, HSA contribution and the company puts money into a separate retirement account. Plenty of vacation, personal, and sick days.
Ford has a good benefits package. They match 90% of your 401k up to 5%. They just added 10 days for parental leave for new parents. Ford has a good employee discount and decent health insurance. Ford also makes retirement contributions.
Great benefits rarely offered in the industry
Best benefit is having week after Xmas off. Worst is the health care. Costly and poor quality. Cheaper to self insure.
I only have a high deductible plan which leaves something to be desired. But the 401k matching, other retirement contributions, vacation (I am NEVER denied my allotted vacation and I have 4 weeks of it!!!!) and holidays (there are quite a few of them), ability to order the equipment that I want. Oh and I get an iPhone with International Data and roaming that I have used on many international trips.
They just did away with all HMO coverage for salaried employees for 2018 and beyond. Everything is "high deductible" plans. Useless if you get really sick, or need surgery.
401K company match up to 5% I believe. PTO, 2 Family Days, and Vacation Time. Health insurance PPO through BCBS and dental through Delta Dental - 100% paid for by the company. Reduced gym prices through My Healthways.
401K, Paidtime off, tuition support, flexible work schedule
