Paid time off, paternity leave, 401k matching up to $15k annually, Tuition assistance. etc. FMC benefits package is pretty good. It's definitely an attractive offer if you are willing to stick with it.
As a TPT you get basic health insurance after 90 days. Does not have vision or dental but is 100% company paid. Holiday pay after 90 days also. Get unemployment during shutdowns, which are a couple times a year.
Benefits are after 30 days - pretty good packages compared to most companies. If you're in the top 25% of the department you get a 10% bonus for the month. That is nice and adds up.

Tuition assistance is decent, but you have to repay anything within last two years if you leave the company. Employee discount on vehicles is nice. If you get into management it's even better.
