Medical plan is not the best, however the dental and vision is one of the best.

the 401k is not an attractive package but the health insurance is decent

No perks as such, and health insurance is standard. Vision and dental also offered and life insurance thrown in too. 401k is solid and the matching is pretty good if you are a longer-term employee (think it's three years?). There is some ability to opt in to flexible working. Holiday reasonable and again, increases the longer you stay.

As a temporary member of staff, benefits were limited although it was possible to take advantage of the significant online learnings courses and presentations made weekly at the Embassy often with excellent speakers.
