Exceptional benefits. In the US, company pays 95% of premiums and enhances the plan each year.
Comparable benefits packages to other like-companies in IT.
The benefits package is pretty average. There is some flexibility, you can go with hmo, ppl, or Kaiser. It’s not overly expensive, offer ok coverage, not too much to complain.
The benefits package are without a doubt some of the best I have ever had!
Maternity leave benefits are now available! A great move towards supporting women in the workplace.
Pays 95% of insurance
The benefit are very good here. They for most the medical and dental plan which is the best I've seen in the private sector. They have a cafe where food is served from morning till 2 PM. Lots of fun activities, games, parties and cake for monthly birthdays. It's typical of a tech startup trying to make it a cool place. The hours are pretty flexible but people work crazy hours too at least in Engineering, IT and Finance that I know of.
System is not user friendly
Poor maternity leave plan, which is surprising considering the other great health benefits. The company covers zero employee income and there's minimal support for expectant mother's navigating the process. The company wants a youthful/fun culture, and positions itself as supporting women in tech, yet doesn't have the benefits in place such as maternity and paternity leave to back those initiatives.
