It does not compare to others I have had, and is far better than most.. do give you and idea, I recently had benefits with Disney, and I had everything you can imagine for about 100.00 out of each paycheck, now to get the same benefits, I spend approx 150.00 out of my paycheck... so good but not great... It will do.

They have generous sick time. They are only closed on Christmas and Easter Day, so you are stuck working every holiday. You get pretty good vacation time but no one is able to use lit because their work load is too crazy & there is never a "good time" to take off. Health insurance was well priced for what it provided.
