They train you for 6 months, if you’re lucky. In reality, you will be competing for help by your manager by a number of other people
They do their due diligence
They can educate which is helpful, but they are very demanding place as well.
They really give you ALL the training necessary to be successful and then some. You just need to have the drive, time and energy to do it.
Coming out of the job training, I felt I had a solid grasp on product and sales concepts. Most of the training comes out in the field though, so the more appointments you went on the faster you accumulated those experiences to advance you further in your skills. Management runs the first few appointments while you learn the presentation, then they come along to answer any questions that might come up, and finally you're on your own unless you request a ride-along.
Training for 11 hours a day 6 days a week in the beginning
Very detailed training prior to getting out on the phones and continuous coaching. Superb training program.
Hands on. Very hands on. Management might be too hands on.
