If you have a rich uncle or a mother that would do anything for you, then yes you will be great at getting bonuses, which is just the result of overcharged services that poor old mom is going to be paying for for years to come
It's up to the Board's discretion to determine the % of the bonus target to fund, and they have a very unfortunate history of playing games with this - moving the goal posts after the fact, etc.
If you worked hard and were good at selling their products the performance bonuses were pretty good.
Im not entirely sure as I did not stay long with the company BUT those who did receive them were really happy with it.
They offer you a lot of bonuses in your first 6 months if you're able to meet certain deadlines. This will add up to thousands of dollars.
You can earn lots of commissions
What bonus? If you met their 6 month goal as a registered representative, they took you off hourly pay and put you into 100 percent commissions lol They gave you a bonus equal to your hourly pay for 12 weeks and begin charging you fees to use their software, pay for your own E and O insurance, pay for your own prospecting events, etc. Oh, and if you decide to quit before the 12 weeks pay out, you forfeit the rest of your bonus
Good performance bonuses if you can attain the objectives
everything is based on commission after the first year
