Forever 21 didn't have any benefits for highschoolers besides their 30% off discount which was pretty pointless - but! They didn't ask for much of you and the job was easy and fun for a cool 10$/hour - which is pretty decent for a highschool student with limited availability and absolutely no experience.
When starting at Forever 21, I was offered and benefits package, or given and clear answers on paid or unpaid time off.
The employee discount is only 10% and cannot be used on items that are already discounted or with any other coupons. I was part time so I did not experience any of the other benefits.
10% employee discount is not enough
Horrible discount that is only 10%, basically only covers sales tax. No benefits to part-time employees.
No real benefits. Employee discount is horrid, so don't get your hopes up there.
Benefits don't kick in until 6 months minimum with the company. Although the company does offer insurance for it's full-time staff, I did not apply so I'm not able to provide any information on that.
Accumulating PTO is hard and it takes a very long time. Getting time off is difficult, request need to be submitted months in advance.
I was part time, they do not offer benefits packages to part time.
There is no benefits for forever 21 part time employees only for full time. But from what I e heard from full time workers they like it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
