I did not have benefits since I was a part time employee but I hear they have pretty good benefits
There were no real benefits to working as a sales associate for this company. We go a 10% discount on clothing which is laughable in comparison to other stores.
we didn't get a lot of vacation days but we did get a lot of hours
Vacation time off - 2 week, Health Benefit - not good, 401k - little to no matching
401K company match, medical/dental/vision
N/A, was not a full time employee so there were no real benefits. Part time employees were offered a store discount and that is it.
The worst thing is that technically as a part-time employee, despite the time working, you have no benefits. Yes, you'll get the money retired for your ss and taxes, but no benefits. A sad and poor 15% that only apply on regular prized items, which is barely covering the taxes additions to the original price,
There's definite room for improvement. I've found there's many things our benefit packages didn't' cover.
The employee discount wasn't enough, also just a lot of favoritism.
They have a 401K package, but only after working for 3 years+
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
