Very good healthcare coverage, includes medical, dental, and vision. One of the best I've seen.
Great insurance policy - low deductible, low yearly max. Reasonably priced. Excellent paid holidays, including a 2 day spring break and a week of during the holidays. But archaic PTO policy - 15 days a year, which includes vacation and sick leave. And no 401K match. So, a very mixed bag.
