Great healthcare benefits, no 401k
Great insurance policy - low deductible, low yearly max. Reasonably priced. Excellent paid holidays, including a 2 day spring break and a week of during the holidays. But archaic PTO policy - 15 days a year, which includes vacation and sick leave. And no 401K match. So, a very mixed bag.

Good benefits for a start-up. 401k plus good health beneftis. Also travel benefits, etc.
Benefits and stock options are good. Yearly staff trip is a definite plus. Not much else to add.
