For someone young and just starting out Forrester is extremely helpful in explaining their offerings and making sure people know where to go to get help when they have questions
Maternity Leave & Lack of any real Leave of Absence
The healthcare packages seem particularly generous, especially in this age of the ACA. Stock purchase, time off, compensation, 401K are all pretty good, but what you would expect. The company's policy about working from home versus from an office is too strict and outdated.
Some of the best benefits I have seen in these times (if you choose the more expensive option). BCBS of MA is the provider.
The best thing: great health insurance coverage. I've had physicians and doctor office staff comment on how great it is. The worst thing: if you're in sales you CANNOT take any time off the last two weeks of the year due to Forrester being on a calendar fiscal year end. It's the worst when you can't fully enjoy the holidays with your family and friends that are on vacation. Definite case of FOMO!
Great work/life balance and ability to buy stock
Benefits package is pretty good. Would definitely like to see a higher match on the 401K.
Great options for a variety of employees who are all at different phases in life. Also had a great mother's room for nursing moms to use when they returned to work.
Decent package, nothing great but by no means a bad package
The maternity leave is unpaid (I think you get MAYBE 2 weeks of paid), but the benefits themselves you cannot beat. They are amazing and inexpensive.
