Company culture overall is great with lots of optimism for the future.
The Benefits package is not that competitive for employees based in US. For the employees that are part of a legal entity have a very good and competitive benefits package, better than us. We should improve.
The Health benefits are very affordable and the company offers a wide range of other benefits.
Best: Flexible vacation time, stock options Worst: Not extremely great health insurance options, and the company match on the 401(k) is on the lower side

Fortinet's Insurance contribution is on the weak side. My out-of-pocket doubled from my former employer. They do however offer an allowance they fund into to your own Health Care Savings Account which can fund up to $5,500/year and is yours to keep. The company contributes up to $1,750.00/year. 401K Match is 3% - it should be higher in my opinion. Stock Options are also given at the beginning of employment dependent on position and have future maturity dates for the first couple of years.
Cigna health insurance can be a pain.
