I am happy with the lowest Health ins. as it comes with the HSA card which is very helpful. When I had the gold package the coverage and copay wasn't worth the monthly payment
No raises. Limited times you can take PTO around class schedules.
I wish I could tell you about company perks such as health insurance, vacation, time off, etc. But there are none here. Most employees are part time, so no benefits. Also no raises. A joke to work for. Would give zero stars to reflect the zero benefits if I could.

Good benefits for the simple basic PPO plan. It had gotten more expensive as the years went by.
Benefits are pretty good, no complaints what so ever.
Medical benefits are fairly decent, but vision and dental are only average. 401k is offered, but there is no match. PTO amount is reasonable, but it is hard to find time to use it.
The best thing about the benefits package is that it is affordable.
You get a week at Christmas and a week in the summer. It isn't paid, but you get time off. You also get a few other holidays off throughout the year like labor day, memorial day, thanksgiving, MLK day, that sort of thing. Sometimes it is just nice to have a day off when you have to work 2 jobs because this one wont give you full time hours.
