There was no skimping on the benefit package.
401k is not matched. It is purely discretionary. Other benefits are not too great. Health and wellness is actually good compared to their peers. Overall not too bad
Decent benefits package. Can't complain.
Medical is fully paid. Gym and school reimbursements. Long and short term disabilities. Great benefits!! Also, 401k plan which is always helpful.
The benefits were generous for my level. Up to 4 weeks vacation plus 3 personal days. Though my manager never cared how many days I take as long as it's not during critical working periods, and I'm accessible if needed. Company 401K matching up to 3% of compensation for a maximum of $7.8K per year. Medical and dental insurance is pretty reasonable with FSA. End of year compensation depends on the group you're with, performance and how much your role is valued, no doubt there always a level of favoritism. The company is an odd place as it's really 2 main businesses (Credit and PE) that compete against each other. If your job is in Private equity there's a nice pantry stocked with different fruits, nuts, 2 espresso machines, regular coffee and sodas. While on the Credit and corporate floors there's only regular coffee and sodas.
Great medical coverage; you never have to worry.
401k is very strong program
Amazing health insurance, dental, vision.
above average benefits compared to other premier funds. company provides 23 days for VP level after eliminating unlimited sick days. company needs to add Hyatt legal plan to benefits plan
Fortress eliminate its unlimited sick days. But it does add a couple more personal days. There is no Hyatt legal plan.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
