Fortunebuilders offers the standard package!! 401k after a year and Health Insurance after 30days!!
FortuneBuilders offers a paid time off package that is less than you would expect. Ideally, there would be sick time in addition to the personal/vacation days offered.
Standard benefit package, perks for real estate based training. Programs still in development, but progressing
benefits are nothing special... honestly they're a little disappointing, but decent enough health/ dental/ vision. the best perk is the super relaxed, basically non- existent dress code, true to the laid-back culture of a company operating in PB.
If you work in the San Diego offices then you might receive benefits, but if you travel for the company doing events, there are absolutely zero benefits.
If you work in the San Diego offices then you may get benefits. If you travel for the company doing events; there are absolutely no benefits offered
Benefits? Ha! Work 6-7 days a week and get one free lunch on Monday. Time off? Forget it. Weekend? You'll spend them in the office.
FortuneBuilders is very proactive in promoting employee growth, wither that is personal or professional goals, the company and individuals within the company really want you to succeed. Vacation, sick time, etc. is reasonable. Company managers are also understanding if emergency time off is needed. They offer 401k and some other investment options.
Depends on your role and your department; my role provides a lot of flexibility, including working remote. Vacation days is determined by your number of working hours, as I am hourly.
It depends on your position
