“They have great coverage with Cigna”
“They only match 25 cents on the dollar ”
“You should negotiate your first year since they don’t give anything the first year and only 1 week year 2”
Great health insurance, dental, and vision. Have to work a year before vacation and sick time.
Nice benefits package, low cost to the employees
Great benefits, Cigna insurance with low cost deductible
Amazing insurance coverage, full medical, dental, and vision. No tuition reimbursement, wait till the first of the month after you have successfully completed 60 days of employment. Very affordable. No vacation, sick time or pto for a full year of employment . 401k very poor matching.
Very expensive, most costly benefit package I’ve had to pay for.
Cheap health insurance, 401k match is behind, no company year end parties and rare employee engagement/rewards.
That you get any vacation.
Was not employed there long enough to get a chance to apply or qualify for benefits.
Great insurance. Cost has been rising 15-20% per year however. Eats up the annual raise they give.
401k the Company doesn't contribute to you retirement investment so you have to monitor it so you can make it work for you future goal.
