A lot of office hosted activities, happy hours, and meals, early-out summer Fridays, and vacation time is above average. Health insurance offerings leave a few things to be desired.
Health insurance premiums are continuously going up since Stagewell took over. It is clear that upper management is getting a cut of the "group savings" they are getting from rolling all the agencies together but this results in all other employees having to shell out some serious money for coverage. They did suspend increased premiums for this year but it is doubtful this will continue. They did implement a 401K match but it is not truly a "match" - but you take what you can get. PTO is OK - there are summer Friday's that allow you to leave at 3PM and there are a decent amount of paid holidays.
We have a 3 weeks PTO.
The work from home policy was pretty cool. Standard vacation days.
Nice bank of personal days to use, whether it for sick, travel, vacation, personal, etc. However, never time to effectively use them...
The company perks are the best thing about working for this particular office. There is work hard play harder environment. They offer many amenities that most companies do not provide to employees.
Great health insurance with great benefits.
Amazing health benefits and good vacation/leave time. Wish they did 401k matching!
All things considered the benefits were pretty good. Full medical/dental, 401, a pool of personal days rather than sick and vacation days. The only drawback is that personal days are not rolled over at the end of the year nor are they bought out. Often associates don't have the opportunities to use all of their days. 1/2 day Fridays in the Summer
There was vacation, health, dental, time off, and sick days. There were also holiday event and a summer outing.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
