After the first 90 days you get 10 days of PTO (personal time off), after 1 year you get 15 days, after 5 years you get 20 days. We also get 3 floating holidays. The health insurance is pretty inexpensive and has great coverage. They also have dental and vision insurance. Life insurance and Short and Long term disability insurance.
no benefits are provided for part time associates. benefits are only for full time associates or managers. pretty standard for most of retail
65%, two 70% off a month. @ the outlet, discount from original price. Pretty strict on only yourself benefitting from discount.
Stock calculation was based on total cash compensation, salary and bonus
Benefits are good but are expensive and maternity leave is weak
The benefits are great and are a good selling point. Plans are okay but the other benefits are good. Summer Hour Fridays, Full gym and Cafeteria on campus, quarterly events, PTO, and Floating holidays.
Worst medical/dental insurance. Health is Cigna and it was $400 a month for me and a child.. and our deductible was $5500. Also, you have to go uninsured for almost 2 Months at the beginning of your employment. Vacation is ok. You get 2 weeks and 3 floating holidays but they never let you use it. Why do they pay for volunteer time off? Isn't volunteering SUPPOSED to be I paid? They're creating a generation of people who only want to do Something for money
Good Store discount 40-50%. Very Very basic Health insurance. Huge deductible. NO SICK DAYS.
no benefits for field workers, only corporate or full time managers get benefits
Benefits package was very basic with two weeks of vacation a year until you had been with the company for a couple years. Offered basic medical benefits and a pretty good store discount for employees.
