No, just no. Discount is complete garbage, (65% off original price). Most items are cheaper for customers. If it's 70% off and a customer has a 20% coupon, that's 90%. Employees can't use coupons so you're stuck with 65% or your twice a month, 2 item limit, deep discount of 70% the discount was the only perk for part time employees and now it's been taken away. They don't offer insurance, or any benefits at all for part timers.

I get great hours at fossil and the employee discount there is great because everyone likes watches and now I'm starting my collection of fossil watches.
