No, just no. Discount is complete garbage, (65% off original price). Most items are cheaper for customers. If it's 70% off and a customer has a 20% coupon, that's 90%. Employees can't use coupons so you're stuck with 65% or your twice a month, 2 item limit, deep discount of 70% the discount was the only perk for part time employees and now it's been taken away. They don't offer insurance, or any benefits at all for part timers.
I get great hours at fossil and the employee discount there is great because everyone likes watches and now I'm starting my collection of fossil watches. The benefits at Fossil are really good and will benefit you for a long time. I've worked here for a year and want to continue working here for awhile.
i loved the discount, the worst thing was that i always spent all my money at fossil because of the discounts.
I was a part time employee so full benefits were not made available to me I was only eligible for the discount.
