The company 401(k) match is 1.5%, which is not very competitive. Something more like a dollar for dollar match for the first 2%, followed by a $0.50 match for each dollar after that up to 5 or 6% would be much more competitive.
Health insurance is competitive. Biggest problem is the 401(k) match, which I'm hoping changes soon. Commuting and parking benefits are a big plus.
