Very generous Medical benefits, great maternity leave
Commuting benefits were good and starting in 2019 they get even better, amazing actually. HR is responsive to employee feedback. Benefits continue improve following Roche acquisition. Would like to see the amount employees pay towards medical premiums (from paycheck) reduced. Paid half the amount for similar if not better coverage at last employer. Should offer additional vacation to be truly competitive. Overall, nice comprehensive offering.
401k program is not current to other Boston Tech companies, is weak in comparison. All other benefits are ok.
The company works really hard to maintain a competitive benefits program. Amazing health insurance!
The company 401(k) match is 1.5%, which is not very competitive. Something more like a dollar for dollar match for the first 2%, followed by a $0.50 match for each dollar after that up to 5 or 6% would be much more competitive.
Health insurance is competitive. Biggest problem is the 401(k) match, which I'm hoping changes soon. Commuting and parking benefits are a big plus.

FMI contributes a great deal toward employee benefits. Our total reward package is extremely strong! Additionally, I think there is good reception to thinking about expanding our offerings in the future.
Good and well-priced health insurance, free or subsidized commute (MBTA or parking, respectively), subsidized vending machines, lunch meetings with free lunch, standard/fair policy on vacation/sick/holiday, great group activities and events like softball, 5K, volunteer events.
