Flexible PTO is a great benefit
The benefits are okay. There is a genuine effort to improve them year by year but they are still a little below average.
The take time as needed PTO time is very accommodating.
Is there room for improvement? Sure, but I can say each year FWI has rolled out new additions to the benefits offerings.
Benefits package could be better, but seems to be good compared to other companies. If I had a larger family I may feel differently with our high deductible HSA plan.

Great overall package of need-to-haves and perks. Company really ramped these up in 2017. They may not be at the ridiculous level found in venture-backed companies, but for a privately-held company, they are amazing. 4 out of 5 stars because I believe that over time, they'll be even better.
Unlimited PTO is nice to have - not necessarily for extended vacations, but for situations where flexibility is needed. 401k has improved to 3% match (if you contribute at least 6%). Health Insurance is high deductible plan, but company does contribute to HSA every month which is nice. Added Maternity and Paternity leave this year.
Good insurance with good options to fit your needs. Had 401k matching but amount was so low that it was a joke.
