Insurance is getting cheaper every year. It is much better than a couple of years ago. We also get free meals, 401k (no matching), and bonuses.
Benefits offered are not the best. Either high deductibles or basic coverage. No 401k. No sick time. Used to get a free meal a day but it was taken away and changed to 50% off, which isn’t too bad. Just wish the health benefits were better.
Vacation takes 15 months just to get ONE week off Health insurance is an absolute joke No sick or holiday days No 401k match Bonuses are difficult to obtain
Health insurance plan is very expensive. Almost $1200.00 for family coverage
I did not receive any benifits beside PTO and I never received the PTO i worked for. Nothi g but empty promises
Extremely expensive family benefits- cheapest plan was over 800.00 for poor coverage
PTO is based off how many hours you've worked, then after your with the company 5 years you receive extra PTO each month. Me being a salary employee I get Bonuses, and one free meal a day. Insurance isnt the best but within my 5 years I can honestly say its getting better every year. The worst thing would be working 50 hours a week.
Overall, just a very mediocre benefit package. The bare minimum, to be honest. Although you do get paid time off, it's very rare that workload get to a level where you are encouraged to take it.
Hourly full time employees get 5 days of pto a year for the first 3 years. They have the option to get minimal health insurance that does not even cover urgent care. They also offer dental.
Insurance sucks and they will take your bonus away for a bad mystery shop.
