“the health insurance in-net cover all payment”
“has vacation day, sick day and personal day ”
Yes you can get it from riverside lol
The vision and dental plans do not offer or cover much besides a deduction for office visits.
Good health insurance and 401K matching
exceptional benefits package; always improving.
I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! (I do get a percentage of profits but due to Covid, haven’t gotten one in 2 yrs). I do not get 401k, con Ed or health insurance benefits. Current salary is $85K. I am getting very frustrated that this has not increased even after asking. Thoughts? What to do? What do other seasoned FL PTs make?
I am the Finance Director for a healthcare/social services non-profit (my boss is the CEO); roughly $11 million in revenue. I was in public accounting for over 10 years but am not a CPA, I’m considering going for my MHA, I want to stay in this field but feel I need some additional credentials to advance. Thoughts?
The benefits including insurance and vacation is good.
Not enough PTO, but decent
Excellent benefits with temple health care system.
Since you are a part of Temple Health if you stay within Temple for healthcare it is pretty much free or very low cost.
Good tuition assistance at Temple University.
Great benefits here. Health insurance plans are really good. My prescriptions are so cheap, and copays. Alot of PTO, holiday pay.
