Fox Pest Control Benefits

Free short term disability coverage.

I feel that Fox is still growing and building out the benefits program. The 401k match is not very high. Historically it is pretty easy to get time off with proper heads up. I think there is a lot of room for improvement, as there are not many additional perks.

Benefits package is young but improving each year.

2 weeks pto, partial employer 401k match

They just implemented healthcare so that’s good, however compensation and other packages to help techs are non existent. Benefits are catered for logan office employee and not the guys on the field.

(This is all based off a job offer letter I received, I didn't end up taking the offer) The health/dental/vision offer seemed average (you had to pay part of the premium). They only offered 4 paid holidays, and 5 days of paid time off for the first year (2nd year 10 days, and 3rd year 15 days).

Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, holiday, PTO are all provided

As a 1099 commission only salesman, there were no benefits included. I was only paid by the sales I generated.

No health care is offered and they are way over the minimum 50 employees. Management gets mad and defensive if it's brought up.
