immediate 401K, health insurance, discounts on phone and AAA
The cost of the benefits package for health insurance is not the best, especially for work in the health industry. They offer a variety of other benefits that have enhanced their benefit package over the years.
Low 401(K) matching, fair PTO and holiday, no paid sick time
Health insurance, 401K, life insurance and disability, vacation PTO
Very expensive health insurance for not much coverage. The "best" plan has an $800 deductible and isn't eligible for HSA. The next level has an $1850 deductible but that has an HSA which Fox contributes $700 to but not until March, July, and October. It's particularly terrible if you're on maintenance medications because prescriptions are part of the deductible. PTO is prorated, so that is nice to be able to start accruing that to have time off without having to wait a year.
High Health benefits deductible, but overall good benefits
Decent health insurance but costly premiums for those wanting more coverage than a high deductible plan. 12 days PTO, but this included vacation and sick time. Also had to use PTO if census was low and I needed to reduce my hours to keep my productivity level high.
Healthcare options limited and brunt is borne by employee, 401K match just started and not huge, time off is bundled into one lump bank of 15 days time for sick/vacation/family care, not a lot of company holidays, no holiday gift or party, no fun perks like in other sales jobs.
Benefits offered, activities for employees, not enough paid holidays, not enough vacation time
Very high deductibles on all medical plans.
