Little to no training, work 5 shifts with a "trainer" who is just a veteran server who makes you do the work without tips while you learn the menu then pass an in person table for the managers on duty and a chef.
The best part of the training program at FRC was the opportunity to meet and speak with Sam Fox, the Founder and CEO.

Training is organized by the corporate training department but it is up to the training managers to facilitate proper training. If you get a bad training manager or train in a dysfunctional store it is an absolutely terrible experience.
They trained me in every position on the line and had me training others within 6 months of hire.
