FRC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k with company match and the option of a Health Savings Account (with employer contributions, which add up quickly). FRC also has an amazing benefits specialist at the corporate office, "The Big Kitchen," who is a wealth of knowledge and experience for any questions and concerns that arise!
- Very limited paid time off - No contribution to maternity/paternity leave
The best thing was the affordable health insurance. The economy plan was ~$45/month in 2017, this had a high deductible but was worth it.
The 401k and Bonus Plan were both fairly standard. There are a variety of medical plans from fairly lightweight to more robust.
I did not claim any benefits from Fox Restaurant Concepts. I do not know anyone who did.
I'm part time and so I do not have benefits.
None offered other than food discount.
family place love working with young people
No benefits if not manager, typical restaurant stuff.
Benefits only after a year, same with tuition help. Lots of work commitment without much benefit other then a high pay.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
