Best thing about the benefits package at Frank Recruitment Group there's multiple benefits for commute to health.
Time of: You have to work an ENTIRE month to receive ONE day of PTO. You don't start with 5 PTO days like they tell you, you have to accrue it. So if you weren't aware that you don't have 5 PTO days to start, and you accrued at lease 2 days and you take 7 days off, they will take 5 days out of you Paycheck and the end of the month.
The health benefits at FRG are on the more expensive side compared to what I have seen in the market, but the coverage and options have improved since I joined the company. PTO is generous after your 1st year and there is a 401K plan, but no match at this time.
The PTO offered at FRG is extremely competitive (once you've made it past your first year). The health insurance is completely fine and the company has recently added a 401k program.
It's pretty expensive for some for the healthcare benefits.

It isnt the best plan options for the salary that you make. Honestly, it kind of break the bank but it is 100% better than nothing! No complaints
