    The health insurance premiums went down to 0 for individual HMO which is awesome. Also the deductible is lower than last year. The company just implemented a paid time off program so you don't have to wait a year to use a vacation days. So I feel like the leadership team with the HR department really is thinking about the employees because they came up with these two things. Also there's a 401k program.

    Frazer has benefits that are competitive with other mid-market, privately held companies. The best thing is that standard medical insurance is paid 100% by the company for employees. Other benefits such as family coverage, dental, vision, and short term disability are also available at competitive rates.

    The deductibles are high. If you have to cover family, it's expensie. You don't get paid time off until after one year of working.

    The benefits package at Frazer is almost none existent. No sick time, no personal time, only 8 paid holidays a year. Vacation is earned only after completing one year, at that time you receive 5 vacation days. Frazer does not have a 401k plan and their are no company perks. Health insurance includes a basic plan covered 100% by the company, but the deductibles are very high. A second plan is available with lower deductibles but this plan has a premium.
