“Several options -- their HMO option is with Kaiser. However, they also have an onsite health clinic, which is free and includes a physical therapist, ALL FOR FREE!”

“You actually get and can use PTO. Plus, after 10 years, they offer a 6 month sabbatical!”
Good benefits - health, dental, 403b, paid time off, flexible health spending account, matching up to 7% of your salary.
Company benefits are fantastic - coving medical, dental, FSA and more. Plus 12 paided holidays, 20 days of sick time each year and PTO caps at 14 hrs/month after working there for several years.
Great benefits package at Fred Hutch Cancer Center
Benefits are good, not many company perks since it is a research institute.
Pros: Premera PPO network is expansive with lots of options even out of state! Retirement through a 403(b) with decent match. Cons: The ESA leaves much to be desired and I think it says a lot that during COVID, it was the first thing replaced with a cheaper, significantly less helpful option. Considering healthcare is hard work in the greatest of times, to remove a needed resource during a pandemic says a lot.
Medical, Dental, PTO, bus pass, 401k match. Excellent benefits.
Good benefits, generous amounts of leave
Ability for hybrid work, sick leave, parental leave
Some benefits are good. Others aren't. You only get 4 weeks for maternity/paternity care which isn't a lot. Lots of great insurances plans to choose from. Vacation increases the more you work here. Lots of generous sick time. All of the above are for regular employees.
401k employer matching at 7%
