Both a PPO and HMO option, which are both decent. Plan year is June to June rather than calendar year, so deductibles can get annoying if you switch.

Insurance is through Premera. Plans are more expensive to participate in than most companies in the area.
Low deductibles and out of pocket maximums
It has resisted calls for replacing the traditional PPO and HMO plans with an HSA as a means to control increasing health care costs. Deductible for the PPO plan remains relatively low compared to market.
Great group health plan. However, spouse must have own plan if employed before joining the Hutch's plan.
