Sick time accumulates which is great. Vacation time pays your hrly rate. 45 hours minimum a week ,overtime for 5 hours. Matching 401 K, Insurance kept getting more expensive and deductibles went up as did copays.

Fred Meyer's employee union provides some perks, including health insurance for anyone working 20+ hours (after 6 months), a 401k plan, accrued sick and vacation time, and some assurance against maltreatment.

Health insurance is decent but have to remain working at least 24 hours a week to maintain and don’t get benefits until you have been with the company for 6 months

Health Insurance if you average more than 24hrs a week. 20% off Apparel, 15% Home, 10% of Electronics with extra 10% off days for employees and friends and family days.
