Each year benefits were cut. Services or meds previously covered were dropped. At beginning, it was a pretry generous plan.
Above average benefits. Good medical health insurance with dependent care with options for spouse and children options. Worst thing wS tough industry
401k was solid for sure.
They have a decent benefits package, vacaton time accrues quickly, they offer comparable choices for insurance and they have a pension plan.
No more 401k match any longer
The medical is good enough. Very on par with the comparable sized companies
There are few holidays (5) and vacation days (max 4 weeks for 10 years), no matching 401k, no pension and expensive health insurance with few choices.
The matching contribution to 401K was removed from the package of benefits.
