Keeping the option for remote work (for certain workstreams, not all) has been fantastic for keeping teams diversified and helping with work-life balance.
Unlimited PTO - however job is very time consuming and hard to take that time. 401K and Healthcare is typical - United Healthcare and Telehealth options
