Good by US standards. Appalling by international standards.
only give you 3 months and doesn't pay for paternity.
I'm not aware of any men taking Paternity Leave - I believe it would just PTO. Women use PTO first, and then can take FMLA I believe. Works out to 6 weeks. Pretty standard for the industry I believe.
Never heard any complaints from those who utilized this benefit.
They pay you at 80% for short term leave, 60% if you didn't sign up (and pay for) the higher tier.
