Good health/vision/dental benefits. 401K with company match. Some flexibility in work hours.
very expensive employee contribution, benefits diluted on an ongoing basis
Gym on site. Medical is just ok now after several years of cost increases. Salaries are slightly below average. No stock options anymore but there is an ESPP. RSU's were given out on a limited basis. Lots of PTO for long timers. 401K match.
Did not avail any benefits since I was an intern.
Benefits are among the best in the field.
Interns are able to get the medical insurance and 401k package.
best thing is paid time off -- 22 days per year. 401k match is ok.
Freescale gives all the benefits there are in the market- options, 401, very good insurance, option buying plan....
Salary was good for a non - engineering position. The intern events were very good.I had a blast during that summer.
Cafeteria is just OK. Low cost on-site gym available with good facilities. Use-or-lose PTO system is a little inflexible.
