“there is no full-time vacation for someone who works in the creative/production division. There are always a text and call about work”
“Snacks and drinks available all the time with multiple kitchens. Occasional free lunches. Fresh popcorn multiple times a week and bagel Mondays.”
“Despite working in the office and having a Fremantle email, I wasn't paid for days I didn't come in due to illness. ”
Best things, 401k match, insurance, unlimited time off
Subsidized gym membership, otherwise fine
No benefits, called a consultant/freelance, left after a year and the person hired to replace me got benefits.
I was a temporary/contract employee. As a result, was not offered any benefits (medical, dental, etc...).
Lack of HMO policy available for health insurance
FremantleMedia response
Hi- Actually, we have an EPO which is very similar to an HMO - but, with more freedom to self refer vs. going through a primary care provider. We also offer Kaiser in CA.

Hi- Actually, we do offer an EPO which is very similar to an HMO.. with more freedom to choose specialists yourself. We also offer Kaiser in CA.
The worst thing about the benefits package at FremantleMedia is that, for most employees, it doesn't exist.
Health Benefits are usually great if you work for a German company because they are required by law. Stock option and other financial perks that are standard in the US are usually available only to upper management.
Best is long service leave.
The best perk is birthday off, paid vacation, sick and personal days!
Benefits package is great: they match your 401K
