The benefits offered are great. There is a no charge option for employee only, and a buy up for adding more providers and less copay and deductible amounts. Medical, dental, and vision are included. To add family is well below the normal cost for the Sacramento and surrounding areas. It is by far the least expensive coverage I have ever had. It covers many providers and hospitals also
You have to go to Rideout Hospital, in order to get reasonable insurance.

The benefits are not robust enough for a hospital. They do offer all the basic benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc), but it's not that great. You get a small discount in the cafeteria and a discount at the local gyms. Bonuses were cut out last year because of poor financial choices over the last few years. They gave us a 2.25% pay increase for almost all employees, but then force us to take time off/"flex" our hours.
