Great benefits especially for those who make over $150K per year. But all employees get excellent benefits. I was amazed at how many people had serious health issues and sought out this District because they would be employable elsewhere. They would also be expected to actually work elsewhere.

The benefits were not competitive and at times, the supervisor would not submit time cards on time, making us wait a whole month for our pay check
The health insurance is impossibly high. But the rest of the package is pretty good. They match the pension contribution at 8% with 8.25%
