This company has very good benefits
The PTO policy is pretty decent. You get a good amount of days off and can flex time as well.
Flexible hours (several shift options), flex time (leave early or come in late for doctor appointment etc. without using PTO) several options for health insurance depending on price point, offer dental, vision and 401k. Health insurance is a little pricey but you have lower cost options and firm does contribute toward cost.
Benefits werent the best but compared to the smaller firm I was at, they were great. Average benefits.
I did not receive any benefits, because I worked a part time position at Frenkel Lambert. I was okay with this. Other people seemed to have dental and all that good stuff though.
it was very expensive
The medical benefits if you can call them that are expensive. I am grateful that I have good health because the plan would of cost me an arm and a leg. I cannot say anything good for their benefits.
Health insurance is very expensive, especially when you are so underpaid. Plan to spend your whole pay check on healthcare and if you need to go to the doctor management is not flexible. You are not allowed any breaks during the day or use your cell phone even for emergencies. Funny because the managing attorney in the Bay Shore office is constantly taking personal calls on her cell phone and that is if she actually shows up to work
