The insurance benefits are decent, however, the co-pays and deductibles are high. Some pharmacys and prescriptions are not covered. The company pays for your health insurance premiums which is a bonus.

Fairly standard benefits package for tech. Health insurance, 401k, unlimitted pto, stock options, etc.

Health insurance is very subpar compared to other tech companies in the same area. PTO is unlimited, but is still subject to approval from superiors. More often than not, you will be disapproved for PTO, or your request will be shortened significantly. 401k plan offered, but company will not match.
