FMCNA offers a variety of PPO medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and United Healthcare, including PPO, Standard, Premium and Consumer plans. HMO alternatives are also available in some states.
Terribly high deductible and poor coverage with United Healthcare for the affordable healthcare plans. Otherwise you pay a lot more for a premium plan.
High cost for for okay coverage. Works well for executives who can have a HSA and greater chance for tax write offs. Most employees put of using insurance to seek health care because of cost and would rather "roll the dice" that nothing bad happens.
