FMCNA offers a variety of PPO medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and United Healthcare, including PPO, Standard, Premium and Consumer plans. HMO alternatives are also available in some states.
Best health insurance I have ever had.
A few options to choose from. Employees must cover a significant portion of the cost.
No deductible, very low out of pocket: $1000/per individual max, $2000 per family max for 2019. Coverage is through IHC network, which is excellent. Very low copays.
Benefits are worth it. Great compared to other companies with higher prices.
Great benefits, no matter what health insurance teir you pick
Health insurance cost is high
Great benefit package, upward movement within company
Their SelectHealth (Intermountain) HMO plan is truly wonderful. Low premium, no annual deductible, 100% coverage. Can't find plans like that anywhere.
low deductible options are available to permanent employees, low copayments, benefits with express scripts for prescriptions
Terribly high deductible and poor coverage with United Healthcare for the affordable healthcare plans. Otherwise you pay a lot more for a premium plan.
