The company matches 50% up to 6% of your contribution
The benefits aren't super great, you have 2 options for health insurance, 1 option for dental and vision, your 1st - 4th at the company you get 7.69 hours of paid time off every 2 week (same as pay day) however, the time you accrue for paid time off also goes towards holidays you have no control over. For example, (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc..) you have to take those days but 8 hours of PTO is taken out for each day.
Fresenius steals PTO from their employees; once you reach a yearly cap of 120 hours, it is shifted to the extended sick leave bank and can never be retrieved again. This is NOT told to new employees. There are also numerous restrictions on using ESL as well that prevent employees from effectively using it. The 401k is only given one time, lump sum at the end of the year; you thus have to be working on that date, or you get nothing, even if you worked for the rest of the year. It is also only 20% vested per year; you have to work 5 years with them to "earn" fully the matching they've been saying they've been giving you all along. I repeatedly called HR, asking for the details on matching; I was given different answers each time. It is details like this, where the company skims from your paycheck through deceptive policies, that made me choose to leave.

You get vacation time accrued as you work. Health insurance is expensive! 401k is matched.
Benefits are great for nurses. The work itself is not difficult but the regionals are GHETTO, PETTY and JEALOUS of any black person who can throw their hat in the ring. It's sooo sad this one person is terrorizing a nurse I know. The woman goes home in tears everyday. It's downright INHUMAN....
