Bonus is a shared team bonus up to 15% of annual salary. You never get 15% due to group performance
Don't expect much of anything. It's not based off your performance alone, it's a pot split among the store.
Almost impossible to obtain and one bad incident from 1 employee can blow everyone's bonus, example a bad alcohol sale to a third party company (secret shopper) I gave up completely on earning any bonuses
