The health insurance covers almost anything and the vacation is up to 3 weeks without PTO's accrued

Lots of paid time off. After working for 3 months, you gain 10 hours of paid time off every month.
Average benefits , can do better
PTO plan - You don't get separate sick days so if you're frequently unwell be prepared to lose vacation time. Number of PTO days seemed *slightly* below average. Approach flexible and generous with healthy skepticism. Employee discount is nothing - 20% barely covers the delivery fee (which is not waived for employees.) There IS an on-site employee market, which is actually quite fantastic as everything is sold at cost. No guarantee what you'll find in there on a given day though. Very few company social events - Company BBQs constitute people grilling out on the street during work hours. It's not the "event" you may be expecting. Only other company social event besides an annual holiday party is a monthly in-office happy hour.
We didn't have many paid holidays however, paid time off was calculated in a way I believe we benefited from.
I didn't utilize the benefits package, as I still had insurance..
