Medical dental vision and 401k
Crappy benefits, and still make you wait forever to get them. Then when you need to use them, they wont let you go see the DR or whatever you need.
Best: Expensive and Time-Consuming Worst: Time-Consuming and Unavailable
Bad work/life ratio but decent health benefits
The worst thing about their benefits is that you have to wait anywhere between 6 and 9 months to get your benefits. Maybe this is because it's a high turnover job. But, if the benefits came earlier and the work environment was more appealing, then there might not be such a high turnover.
package isnt bad, offer medical/dental/vision....disability is additional, they also offer aflac for extra money. premiums are ok if its just you, if you have kids or a spouse it is expensive and you have high deductibles which kind of defeats the purpose of insurance. they do offer an hsa that they will deposit 20.00 a month into and you can add to as well
